My Dear Esteem Readers, I am once again amongst you with my latest stress management therapy for teenagers and adolescence boys and girls. Often, you would have observed that the growing up children repeatedly exhibit high signs of stress, anxiety, fear and worrisome behavior near their examinations. They get irritated very fast and reflect violent behavior both by words and deeds. Most of the times parent, especially father reprimands to suppress their teenagers’ perceived arrogance either by beating them or using unsympathetic language towards them. His continued failure in harmonizing various body changes, mental stresses and social pressures makes him believe that life is useless; therefore, he should end it. Such replies are often heard when parents repeatedly tried to guide their children on a unique trait of conduct; • Three when he is still attempting to ascertain his position between, teen and adulthood or tyro and maturity; • Four when he undergoes severe mental stress between his childhood and adulthood ego states and his actual status at home, school and society. Most of the times, t here is enormous increase in the number of combination products entering the market in the recent years. The question that had he failed than how he would face his poverty ridden parent, struck his mind very badly. Indecisive and inconclusive, he was forced by the circumstances to commit suicide. The fear of failure of even one percent had disturbed his mind so much that he went in to deep despair. He could not nation products and maximize the revenues. But the companies involved in this practice are overlooking that they are burdening the patients both economically even tolerate a joke of failure from his classmates. The moment he heard that he had failed; he suffered so much depression, dejection and fear that, he rather than mustering enough courage to face his poor parents, preferred to take away his life. In view of the foresaid, my first tip is towards parent. The parent has to understand their children behavior after he had passed ninth standard or has crossed the age of thirteen. It is an important social responsibility of all of us to ensure that our teenagers become our founding pillars and propel the world into new directions.
