I struggled with eating disorders for six long years and also abused laxatives during this time. I was addicted to them. For the longest time, I could not even imagine my life without them. I knew they did not help me lose weight. But somehow they were reassuring. I was not able to get off them from one day to the other. Instead, I just always took less than I did before -- this way; I gave my body time to change. It was a painfully slow process but it eventually worked and today I am not using them anymore. What has really helped me beat . As there is an increasing trend of the combination products companies manufacturing such products should be able to tackle the problems involved in the de his abuse --- I had to stop binging and fasting. I had to learn to eat a couple of times a day and normal portion sizes. Also, I went to see a nutritionist who helped me come up with a meal plan for me which has helped me a tremendous amount.
