Creation
Cold Fusion is being talked about as a near certainty desite the bludgeoning to death of Eugene Mallove last summer before he was to meet the Congressional committees. Chaos Science has a 13,000 year history that surpasses the old Newtonian model or Classical Electromechanical paradigm.

Precognition Shock to Prevent Bullet Strike
It is a pretty well known fact and has been proven that the body seems to pre-adjust to changes in advance of events by a second or two. For instance there have been studies of test subjects with finger sensors, which would show the subjects pulse or adrenaline spiked right before they were to be shocked.

Cold Fusion
Dimensional energy is one way to tap more than just the Akashic. Eugene Mallove was bludgeoned to death by the same forces that shelved Tesla's wireless free energy.

RFID Sensors to Protect Water Supplies
Recently the US Military has developed a special set of sensors for water supplies for troops. Any time a base camp is set up it is important to monitor the water supplies and test them. You cannot simply test them when you arrive you need constant monitoring so that insurgents or enemies do not pollute the water or put poison in it.

Smart Dust and Virtual Keyboards
Using Smart Dust which is sprinkled onto a rock it maybe possible to type information into a small computer or PDA very rapidly. This could be quite handy for many things such as; Search and Rescue, Fire Fighting, Civil Air Patrol, Hikers and Mountain Climbers and of course military applications. Think for a second the possibilities for Net Centric Warfare for Special Forces Troops.

Acoustic Transducers for High Altitude Balloon Control
Using acoustic transducers it maybe possible to create a small region of thicker air underneath a blimp and use that patch as a platform of air to float on while blowing ever so slightly low pressure air underneath the blimp like a hover craft. Although this idea sounds like a long shot it can be done by use of a screen, which shoots the directed frequency waves into the waves created by the acoustic transducers.

Saving People in Disaster Crisis, Concept
So often when we see huge Natural Disasters there are many people killed, but for everyone who perishes there are 5-10 people injured; many very seriously. So often too the region of the world were the disaster occurs does not have enough hospital beds, medical professionals or the right equipment needed to help save those lives.

Building an Ice House on Mars
There is ice at the Martian Poles, one of the poles has water ice in abundance. Such an ice over region could easily be converted into a habitat for a Martian Colony of human explorers. Taking humans to Mars is not such an easy task, keeping them alive once there even harder, bringing them back not easy at all. The polar water ice cap may hold the key to building a successful colony on Mars.

Can We Build a National Defense Net to Stop Swarms of MAVs?
Is it possible to build a defense shield to stop micro-air vehicles in swarms from flying into Blue Force positions or across our borders? Having a tracking system to protect against small UAVs, MAVs or even Nano Smart Dust or airborne vehicles would be a worthwhile pursuit wouldn’t it?

Flexible Concrete for Space Applications
The newest flexible concrete technologies seem to have incredible attributes for all sorts of uses here on Earth. For instance freeways, toll-ways, roads and highways making them less bumpy, which means they will be more safe, less scalloped and that means better gas mileage as well. How about for the decks of ships or aircraft carriers?

Carbon Nano Tube Sheets for Sea World
Carbon Nanotubes will be incredibly strong and transparent; there are many possible uses for them such as military cockpit canopies, bulletproof glass or car windshields. Glass weighs a lot, especially in an SUV with glass all around, that could be as much as 700 pounds? If you can reduce that much weight in a car you could get an extra two miles to the gallon.
